Terms and Conditions

Age and Consent. You must be at least 18 years of age to receive services at our medical spa.
Payment. You must pay for all services in full at the time of service. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, credit cards, and debit cards.
Cancellations and Changes. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If you no-show or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. Appointments can be changed up to 24 hours in advance without a fee.
No Refunds. There are no refunds for services that have been rendered.
Medical History & Informed Consents. You must provide us with a complete medical history and complete any and all patient paperwork before receiving any services. This includes any medications that you are taking, any allergies that you have, and any medical conditions that you have.
Insurance. We do not accept insurance for our services. However, you may be able to submit your claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Liability. We are not liable for any injuries or damages that you may sustain as a result of receiving services at our medical spa. You assume all risks associated with receiving our services.
Photography. We may take photographs of you before, during, and after your treatment. We will only use these photographs for marketing purposes and will not share them with anyone else without your consent.
Changes to Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
