Age & Legal Consent
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive services. By receiving treatment, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to consent to medical and aesthetic procedures.

Payment Policy
All services are self-pay and must be paid in full at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit and debit cards. Fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Appointments, Cancellations & No-Show Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee. We reserve the right to require a deposit or deny future bookings for repeated late cancellations or no-shows.

No Refund Policy
All services rendered are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical treatments, results may vary, and no guarantees are expressed or implied.

Medical Disclosure & Informed Consent
Clients are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful medical history, including all medications, allergies, and medical conditions. Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of complications, for which the practice and provider shall not be held liable.
All clients must review and sign informed consent documents prior to treatment, acknowledging understanding of risks, benefits, and alternatives.

Medical Director Oversight & Scope of Practice
All medical aesthetic services are performed under the supervision of a licensed Medical Director in accordance with Nevada state regulations. The Medical Director provides clinical oversight, protocol development, and consultation as required by law but may not be physically present at all times.
Clients acknowledge that non-physician providers (including nurse practitioners and nurses) may perform treatments within their legal scope of practice.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By receiving services, you acknowledge that all medical and aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, infection, asymmetry, unsatisfactory results, and other unforeseen complications.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with treatment and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the provider, practice, Medical Director, and affiliated entities from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from services rendered, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

No Guarantee of Results
Individual results vary based on factors including anatomy, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. No guarantees, warranties, or assurances have been made regarding treatment outcomes.

Insurance & Financial Responsibility
Services are elective and not covered by insurance. Clients are fully responsible for all fees incurred. Any attempt to seek reimbursement from insurance providers is the sole responsibility of the client.

Photography & Media Release
Clinical photographs may be taken for medical documentation. Separate written consent will be obtained for any use of images for marketing, advertising, or educational purposes. Declining media consent will not affect your care.

Compliance & Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion if deemed medically inappropriate, unsafe, or outside the provider’s scope of practice.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
